I believe every individual has the power to grow & heal.  Sometimes it might feel impossible, which is where therapy can be incredibly helpful. My style is warm, personable, direct, and authentic. It’s important to me  that you feel comfortable when  you’re exploring something vulnerable, and I do my best to foster a judgment free place that supports that. I specialize in anxiety and  maternal mental health, with a belief that therapy should be  collaborative and catered to each individual. To achieve this, I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches unique to you.  Together, we will  work to help you feel better,  find relief, and move forward.
